I’m not quite sure what you mean with “template to create plurals”, but I assure you all the documentation from the previous version is still present (merely added or new ones).
Not quite sure what you mean with “last document is remove”… seeing that there has never been more content on the site. Document 4 on Noun Types (3 Radical) includes the information on what structure nouns take in their plural forms.
